How long does shipping take for a Heavenly Heat sauna?

Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Due to the size and weight of our units, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure your sauna arrives safely and securely.

Do I need a professional electrician for installation?

While many of our smaller infrared models use a standard 120V outlet, our larger traditional steam saunas may require a dedicated 240V circuit. We recommend consulting a licensed electrician for all hardwired installations.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused saunas in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply given the logistical complexity of freight items.

Are your saunas made from non-toxic materials?

Yes, we prioritize health and safety. Our saunas are constructed using premium, sustainably sourced Canadian Hemlock or Red Cedar and utilize low-EMF heaters and non-toxic adhesives.

Is assembly difficult?

Not at all. Most Heavenly Heat saunas feature a 'clasp-together' or 'tongue-and-groove' design. Two adults can typically complete the assembly process within 60 to 90 minutes.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Every sauna comes with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty covering the heating elements, cabinetry, and electrical components for up to 5 years.
